Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are available After 30 days from the date of cancellation.
- You’re eligible to get refund! If you are not satisfied with our service.
- If any of client[Resume Writer] delay in repayment! we additionally need 15 - 30 days more than actual refundable period to settle your amount from our end.
Process for Requesting a Refund:
- To request a refund, please fill out the form and submit it.
- Ensure that all requested details are provided accurately.
- Once the refund form is submitted, the refund money will be credited to your account after 30 days from the cancellation date.
- Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment method after the 30th day. [Example: if you paid us 3 transactions on different dates with different gaps! Refund will be done in same pattern that you paid us]
Refund Approval & Conditions:
- Once your request is received, our team will review the information provided & approve refund.
- Do not ask refunds in 1 - day or 2 - days or do not tell us unnecessary reasons to get early.
- 30 Days Refundable Policy Is Mandatory for Membership.
Exceptions:
- Refunds are not available for services rendered and accepted as completed.
- This policy does not cover dissatisfaction due to personal preference changes.
